I use the trinity of the Wellness Inventory, Tarot, and Astrology to help you thrive.

Have you tried to get healthy, kick stress to the curb, or create work-life balance

only to give up a few weeks or months later because you weren’t making progress?

Have you dreamed of making “Big Changes” only to be overcome by fear and doubt?

If any of this sounds familiar I can help.

Together we’ll form a coaching partnership where you’ll get crystal clear on what you want,

figure out where you are in the change process, and then develop

small, doable (and not-so-scary) steps that lead to success.

The Wellness Inventory Model

The Wellness Inventory is a multi-dimensional whole person wellness system that can help you:

  • Assess where you currently are and where you want to go across 12 dimensions of whole person wellness.
  • Understand the stages of change and how to use them to your advantage.
  • Set, track, and adjust action steps to meet objectives and goals.
  • Grow and build a vibrant and balanced life that changes with you as you continue your personal growth journey.

I also use a personalized three card tarot spread, based on your birthday to help you:

  • Understand yourself on a deep level. Your tarot cards are specific to you and indicate your innate gifts and challenges.
  • Meld your natural strengths into your action steps to stay motivated and make progress.
  • Recognize and better understand why you may have faced repeated challenges in the past.
  • Discover new ways of achieving what you want in ways that make you feel empowered and successful.

If you’re done feeling frustrated, discouraged, and stuck, I can help.

I offer a FREE fifty-minute consultation for new clients to see if we’d be a good fit for a coaching partnership.

If it’s time to make a change, I’d love to be of service.
