**I have stepped back from coaching to work on writing projects and am no longer accepting clients.

I hope to revisit my coaching business in 2025 and determine the best way forward with my brand at that time. **

Hi there.  I’m Brooke Davis, a Certified Wellness Inventory Coach and the Chief Creative Officer of Roots of Abundance.

I’m here to help you discover what rewards you on a deep level – both personally and professionally – so you can start living and working in ways that leave you feeling fulfilled instead of frazzled.

What business am I am?  Personal development and growth?  Self-discovery?  Yes, but the bottom line is:  I am in the empowerment business.

I’m in the business of helping you empower yourself so you can lead a meaningful life, and wholeheartedly thrive while doing it.

I launched Roots of Abundance out of the desire to help people through the process of figuring out what they really need so they can experience whole-person wellness, rock change, and have plenty of time to do the things they love.  Sound impossible?  Don’t worry – it doesn’t have to be.

I’m here to help you:

  • Take a heart – centered, positive, and fun approach to personal growth and change
  • Learn more about what motivates you so you can live and work authentically
  • Resolve inner conflicts that are you draining your energy
  • Integrate all the things you love to do / be / have into your life
  • Connect with yourself in ways that keep you healthy, inspired, and full of energy

With a blend of shepherd, motivator, and empathizer, I’m here to help guide you through discovery processes that balance your head and your heart and leave you motivated to take action.

If you’re ready to take a more thoughtful approach to wellness and change in a way that’s less “businessy” and more heartfelt, I can help you get to a place of clarity, meaning, and purpose, all while having fun along the way.

So Who Am I?

Glad you asked.

Currently based in Denver, CO, I founded Roots of Abundance after a twenty-plus year stint in corporate America where I worked in various areas of finance – usually in the role of Chief Change Champion (not my official title but it probably should’ve been).  After the last company I worked for was bought out, I chose not return to finance after figuring out A) my passion is creativity and helping people instead of manhandling data sets and B) someone who got C’s in math, secretly wrote novels at work, and was always empathizing and encouraging others to be brave and make changes so they could live happier lives probably shouldn’t be in the number-crunching game.

I’ve watched so many people suffer personally and professionally by staying stuck in their “comfort zones” all because they’re afraid: afraid of what others will think if they do “x”, afraid of taking a chance, afraid of making a change.  And I’m here to tell you, it doesn’t have to be that way.  There are ways to change your life while working with your fears.  And the more comfortable you get with working with fear – and fear of change – the more you’ll realize you deserve a life and job that leave you feeling rewarded, valued, fulfilled, and respected.

So if it’s time to make either a minor tweak or a radical shift in how you’re living and working, I’d be honored to help you.

About this site

Many people are looking for a one and done solution, a quick fix, the “right” and “final” answer, about who they are and what they’re supposed to be doing.  I believe that learning about ourselves is a continuous adventure, a lifelong opportunity, not a one-time problem to be solved, and through introspection, and a variety of creative ways to examine our thoughts and feelings, we hold the answers to what we desire most and what is best for us.

On my blog I share my thoughts and lessons learned along with inspirations from others and the occasional confession.  It is my hope that by sharing these things, I’ll encourage, motivate and inspire you to do the same.

Thank you so much for taking this journey with me!
